Anyway, i don't want to whine about it, but i thought i would bring this to the attention of future buyers. Maybe you've had experience with this before? i don't know. Very sad to think that these shoes might be declining. I hope they address it. I now have to figure out how to remedy the hole to make these shoes last a bit longer(and save my heels!). .
